Completed in 2022, Ulteam, the French headquarters of the Cisco group, located on rue de Washington in Paris, was recently honoured with the Bronze award at the prestigious ‘Nuit de l’Immo 2024’ ceremony. This prize, awarded for its innovative qualities in terms of architecture and workspace design, testifies to the excellence of the Ulteam project as a model of urban regeneration combining history, modernity and innovation.

Headquarters in the spirit of Cisco: modern and flexible

The Ulteam project, designed by Arte Charpentier (architecture, landscape design, interior design), stands out for its ability to reflect the identity of the Cisco group, a world leader in information technology. Located in the heart of Paris’s 8th arrondissement, in the Golden Triangle, this building is a bold renovation that incorporates both historic elements and cutting-edge technologies. With 70% of its space dedicated to collaboration, Ulteam embodies Cisco’s vision of hybrid and connected working.

The Flex office, the central concept of the project, enables optimum use of space thanks to a multitude of areas designed to encourage interaction, while offering working environments adapted to individual needs. Immersive technologies and intelligent energy management, illustrated by HQE and Breeam certifications, bear witness to Cisco’s commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Recognition at the Nuit de l’Immo 2024 awards ceremony

The ‘Nuit de l’Immo’ ceremony, organised by Républik, aims to reward exemplary and innovative property projects. The prize highlights initiatives that stand out for their strategy, their use value, their sobriety and sustainability, as well as their digital innovations.

The selection process for the winners is rigorous, with a ‘Grand Oral’ giving candidates the opportunity to present their project to a panel of experts. The assessment criteria include innovation, the generation of economic, social or ecological value, the sustainability of the project, and the quality of the presentation. Ulteam, led by Godefroy Saint-Georges, convinced the jury with its innovative approach and its ability to respond to contemporary challenges in the world of work.

A flagship project for tomorrow’s real estate

By winning the Bronze award, Ulteam has become a landmark project in the commercial property market. It illustrates how workspaces can be reinvented to meet the new expectations of companies and their employees. Cisco, through this emblematic headquarters, a veritable showcase of its heritage, is leading the way in terms of architectural innovation, sustainability and well-being in the workplace.

The Nuit de l’Immo 2024 highlighted the importance of innovation in the real estate sector, rewarding projects that combine architectural excellence with a positive impact on the environment and society. Ulteam, as the winner, embodies the real estate of tomorrow: hybrid, sustainable and connected.
