Arte Charpentier, an international architecture company based in Paris, Lyon and Shanghai, (100 people), with multidisciplinary activities in architecture – interior architecture – landscape – urban planning, is seeking one project assistant to reinforce its housing cluster.

Job Description 

Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 1 or 2 experiences as a complex project management assistant in Revit or project manager.
Reporting to the Architecture Department, you will work on ESQ + APS +
ODA + WFD + VISA phases in the field of housing, mainly in Revit, as part of a
team devoted to housing projects.
Qualities: thoroughness, autonomy, engagement and team spirit

Skills:

housing project study references (ESQ to DCE)
awareness of regulatory constraints (fire safety, disabled accessibility…)

Revit (essential)
Autocad
SketchUp
Photoshop
Excel
Indesign

Position based in Paris to be filled immediately

Contract Type: CDD to start, then CDI

Salary: to be determined based on experience
