The Simi Grand Awards were presented on the evening of Tuesday 12 December at the close of the first day of the commercial property show, which runs until Thursday at the Palais des Congrès in Paris.
Arte Charpentier won the SIMI Show jury’s “Coup de Cœur” award for Danone’s Daniel Carasso International Research and Innovation Centre.
The theme of this 22nd edition of the awards was “L’immobilier a de la ressource” (“Real estate has resources”), chosen by a panel of judges led by Stéphanie Bensimon, Head of Real Estate at Ardian.
