Jomchang Villas

Concept

The Jomchang villas, located on the west coast of Phuket facing the Indian Ocean, are bordered by sandy beaches and carved granite, and shaded by the immense trees of the rainforest. The exceptional site of Jomchang inspired the architecture of these 11 luxury villas. All different, they evoke space, nature and the ocean. The elegance of modernity complements the charm of Asia thanks to the forms and the chosen materials: slates, teak, sandstone, ipe, granite, enamels…

The materials – like the architecture of the Jomchang villas, on stilts and with sloping rooves – refer back to traditional Thai constructions and engage in a dialogue with the surrounding nature, whilst integrating the contemporary requirements of a residence of this quality. The establishment on this exceptional site and the refinement of the architecture, decoration and gardens make this project a unique experience for this type of programme.

The Jomchang villas are built on 1,500 m² plots and come in several sizes, from four to six bedrooms. The architecture is designed to offer large spaces inside and to open onto a lush exterior. Swimming pools, gardens and terraces complement the villas and make the outside a living space in its own right.
