Yesterday, we attended the inauguration of the Domitys residence for senior citizens in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, at the heart of the Docks eco-neighbourhood. This facility, designed to meet the needs of senior citizens, fits in perfectly with the N7 Des Docks development, an architectural project by the Arte Charpentier firm, commissioned by Nexity.
The Domitys residence offers its residents a modern, secure living environment, while respecting the principles of sustainable development specific to the Docks eco-neighbourhood. Located in a green, eco-responsible environment, the residence meets the needs of independent seniors, while offering services tailored to their daily needs.
Arte Charpentier was responsible for several key aspects of the project. The firm was responsible for the architecture of the building, the landscaping and the interior design. Every aspect was designed to create a pleasant and functional environment, with the main aim of ensuring the well-being of residents.
The integration of the residence into the eco-neighbourhood reflects the effective collaboration between Nexity and Arte Charpentier, who have succeeded in reconciling innovation, respect for the environment and quality of life. This project is part of the sustainable urban transformation process being led by the town of Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.
