ECLA Campus, Palaiseau

Arsenal Block, Dijon

Atrium City, Clichy-la-Garenne

Located just outside Paris, Atrium City, designed as a “good living” district, is Clichy’s new signature development. Atrium City is a new development of 550 homes, including affordable housing, social housing and a senior citizens’ residence.

The wood building on the Dassault Systèmes Campus, Vélizy

The Dassault Systèmes head office is being developed in the heart of a vast park on the edge of the Meudon forest. Initiated 15 years ago, the project continues today with the delivery of a sixth building, forming a genuine Campus.

Bank Postale Financial Centre, Olivet

Offices in the middle of nature. The project involves the construction of three buildings to house all the teams at La Banque Postale’s financial centre, on an 18,000 m² site. The project’s eco-responsible ambitions are in line with Post office Group’s CSR commitments.

Block N7, Docks Saint-Ouen

Located in the Docks eco-district in Saint-Ouen. Generational diversity is omnipresent, with the superposition of a student residence, a senior residence in the heart of the block and an active base combining housing, shops and facilities. This project is in line with Arte Charpentier’s vision of a more inclusive metropolis.

Pixelia, Marseille

Pixelia has been designed to fit in with Marseille’s very sunny environment. Sunbreakers on the façades provide additional thermal and visual comfort. Its facade offers wide openings to the Mediterranean coastline. The Departmental Council of Bouches-du-Rhône has acquired Pixelia to house its services.

McArthurGlen Paris-Giverny, Douains

The programme offers 100 brand boutiques, restaurants, leisure activities and a Maison des métiers d’art dedicated to regional crafts. At the heart of the project, a planted area punctuated by a monumental staircase links the levels of the brand village.

The project won the “Jury’s Favourite” award at the Grand Prix SIMI 2023 and was awarded the international prize “Kyoto Global Design Awards” 2023.

District of Zhifang, Wuhan

­
First prize for excellence in urban projects at Wuhan 2023, awarded for the regeneration of the old centre of Zhifang in Wuhan.

Campus ECLA, Palaiseau

­

This residence for students and young professionals, which is the largest coliving facility in Europe, was awarded the SIMI 2023 Habitat & Logement “Innovation in Uses” Special Prize.

Conference at the Ministry for Ecological Transition
­

At the Auditorium of the French Ministry for Ecological Transition, Adivet organised a symposium on “Green buildings and water management“, in which Nathalie Leroy, Director of the Territorial Division, took part.

National Housing Forum
­

Our teams were present at the Assises Nationales du Logement et de la Mixité Urbaine, to present the research carried out on the theme of “Feeling good in your home: What tools can help you design?

Let the light in: Building in steel
­
At the Architecture House of the region of Île de France, Arte Charpentier is presenting four emblematic projects by the agency, in which the use of steel during renovations has made it possible to let in light once again.
­

First Franco-Chinese Forum on Ecological Transition
­
Business France and CCI FRANCE CHINE, in collaboration with the French Embassy in China and the Club Eco-Cité Française, hosted the first Franco-Chinese Forum on Ecological Transition in Shanghai. WenYi Zou, Director of the Shanghai branch, was invited.

Open Diplomacy Institute Contributory Conference
­
At the Open Diplomacy Institute’s Contributory Conference, we presented our actions in favour of sustainable development, with a crossroads between France and China, through the projects of the Caïdian Franco-Chinese eco-city and the Victor Hugo eco-district in Bagneux.
­

The Research Manual and Building for Well-Being: two new publications from Arte Charpentier

ISO 9001 and 14001 standards renewed
­
For several years now, the agency has been committed to this approach, building on work begun nearly 15 years ago to optimise the environmental impact of the agency itself, as a workplace, and to develop sustainable projects, designed by the team, for our customers.

Humanitarian mission in Mozambique
­
Evangelos Batagiannis, one of the agency’s architects, took part in a humanitarian mission with the Coupe de Pouce Humanitaire association, to help build living spaces dedicated to classrooms made of unbaked earth.
­

Study trip to Copenhagen
­
Copenhagen has been chosen by UNESCO and the UIA as the World Capital of Architecture for 2023. To mark the occasion, Arte Charpentier organised a study trip for its teams to discover the city’s Danish architectural, urban, landscape and design heritage.
