For the new head office of the Bank Populaire Rives de Paris, the office has rehabilitated this building which was in the past the former headquarters of Air France designed by the architect Adrien Brelet, then that of the newspaper Le Monde rehabilitated by the architect Christian de Porzamparc. Today it has a peaceful and airy atmosphere with a new façade and multiple garden terraces.
STATION POLE, Bagneux

Arte Charpentier proposed to connect the two stations (M4 and L15 Grand Paris Express) around a new urban polarity by reintroducing biodiversity through a varied range of plant areas.
UYAO 55, Shanghai

A former textile industry site, UYAO 55 is a new and completely renovated district in the heart of Shanghai.
MARKETS, Benin
architecture – landscape
Construction, modernization and extension of a network of 29 markets in Benin, 9 of which will be delivered in 2022. They constitute a cultural landmark in the Beninese urban fabric, conducive to all types of meetings and social exchanges.

Danone Research and Innovation Center optimizes the quality of life at work and enables the development of innovative practices.
SILEX², Lyon
The Silex² project (with Ma Architectes) wins the CIEL 2022 Awards in the category “Office building” category. It is also the winner of the SIATI 2022 Prize in the “Real estate companies: the best adaptation strategy” category.
SYMBIOSE, Bagneux
Arte Charpentier is nominated for the BIM d’OR 2022 in the category Project over 30000 m², for the project Symbiose.

Evangelos Batagiannis, architect at the office, is involved with the association ‘Coupe de Pouce Humanitaire’, to help build living spaces for refugees in Malawi.
