On Friday 29th at noon, in Dijon, Elithis Groupe and its partners symbolically laid the foundation stone of the Arsenal tower and Avenue 6, the housing block designed by the agency.
It was a proud moment for the team, which has been working on this positive energy city element since 2012, driven by the generous vision of Thierry Bièvre, and the social and environmental commitment of the stakeholders.

The new Arsenal Tower is the first positive energy housing tower in Dijon. The project includes a positive energy tower with 59 housing units and offices and retail premises on the ground floor, and a 51-unit social housing building.
