Arte Charpentier’s teams are getting started on the final quarter of the construction
site of the future Centre, which is certified as a Low Carbon Building.
This project integrates the use of natural resources, plant cover, water recovery
and the installation of photovoltaic panels, thereby contributing to a positive impact
on the city.

Soil: a resource for living cities
What is our soil made of? What about its biodiversity, its artificialisation?
This conference offers a fresh perspective on this crucial subject,
between France and Mexico.
Hugo Cruz Ramos, a Mexican microbiologist, will shed light on the microcosmos
of the soil. Nathalie Leroy, a French landscape designer, will present urban projects
and her research on soil biodiversity carried out at the Arte Charpentier agency.
Conference on Thursday September 29th at 7pm at the Maison du Mexique,
Cité Internationale Universitaire de Paris.
Truth or Dare? Sustainable and Resilient Businesses
How can commercial activity areas become future 15-minute neighbourhoods?
How can we renew these massively artificialised spaces?
Arp Astrance and Arte Charpentier conducted a study on these topics in 2022.
The first results will be presented in a round table discussion and a workshop
