A Pedagogical Commitment to Biodiversity
In collaboration with an ecologist, Arte Charpentier worked to refine project choices and select plant palettes that harmonize with local ecosystems. This approach ensures a balance between landscape development and the promotion of urban biodiversity.
The design of this signage reflects the office’s strong desire to contribute to a better understanding of urban nature issues. By visually translating their expertise and knowledge, the office aims to provide users with an enriching and educational experience.
A Collaborative and Innovative Approach
This achievement was made possible through the collaborative work of teams led by Nathalie Leroy and Soizic Kenfort, along with project partners such as Covéa Immobilier, CALQ, G-ON, Setec.
A Label Serving Sustainable Development
The BiodiverCity® label embodies a strong ambition: integrating nature and biodiversity into real estate projects. This distinction emphasizes a pedagogical approach and a meticulous consideration of urban ecosystems. The Sequana project, through its innovative and educational approach, perfectly illustrates this philosophy.
