We are pleased to announce the start of work on the Ecla student residence in Lomme, comprising three R+6 buildings and a basement level for parking under buildings B and C.
Construction of the three buildings A, B and C began on July 15, 2024. Delivery is scheduled for the start of the 2026 academic year.
To date, earthworks and piles have been completed, and the first floor slab of Building A is under construction. Here are a few photos taken on October 16, 2024.
We can’t wait to see this space take shape and welcome the first students.
